Hygiene First: Our No-Return Policy for Opened Items

Due to the nature of our products, specifically our pimple patches, we are unable to accept returns once the packaging is opened. These patches are single-use items that come in direct contact with the skin, and to ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety, we cannot resell or restock them once the seal is broken. This policy protects all our customers, ensuring every patch they receive is untouched, uncontaminated, and safe for use on the skin.

What to Do If There’s an Issue with Your Order

If there’s any problem with your order, such as receiving the wrong product, damaged packaging, or a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We’re committed to making things right and are happy to address any concerns. Simply contact us at support@matchypatchyofficial.com and provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package to help us assist you better.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, we will process it promptly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and it may take up to 7–14 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies. If you have questions about when the credit will appear in your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If your refund hasn’t been posted yet, you may also reach out to your bank or credit card company, as it can sometimes take additional time for the credit to reflect in your account.
